Hoopy Hour is an outdoor group hoop dance class at the Lotus Pond Center for Yoga & Health in Tampa, FL. Class set of hoops are provided. Closed toed shoes recommended.

In our late-50’s, we approached Katie to help us start our yoga journey to maintain our health and improve our flexibility. Katie worked with us to tailor a program to achieve these goals. She takes our feedback on what is working and adjusts her instruction mid-session based on how we are feeling. She brings a calm sense of inner peace that settles our minds and helps us focus. At the end of our sessions, she leads us to a relaxing, meditative state that restores our energy. Our sessions with Katie are truly a delight!
