My daughter and I really enjoy our Hooping Lessons with Katie! What a fun, invigorating workout! As a practitioner of Yoga, I appreciate the natural fusion of the two as she also use the hoop as a tool to aid us in warm-up, stretching, and strengthening. Who knew you could do so much with a hoop?!? Katie's knowledge & skill make Hooping a disciplined mind-body practice and herr laughter & encouragement make it a blast.
